Large Surfaces - Increased Strength

Apart from a surprisingly smooth surface finish, its structural features, combined with high-quality double or triple glass panels made from specially toughened 5 & 6mm Low-E energy efficient glass, also give the system excellent heat transfer coefficients and unique resistance to wind load and impact even in the most “difficult” circumstances, such as those presented by large window and door openings.

On the other hand, the high quality German mechanisms used by Siccόna systems (HAUTAU in the sliding systems and ROTO for the opening systems) are able to withstand very heavy loads: up to 400 kg for sliding systems and up to 130 kg for opening-type systems.

This means that they are particularly suitable for large openings.
